COUNTY OF ORANGE: Attorney General Stein to discuss opioid epidemic with county leaders Monday, Sept. 19

County of Orange issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.

Attorney General Josh Stein will visit Orange County on Monday, Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. to highlight local efforts to fight the opioid epidemic. Attorney General Stein will be joined by Chair of the Orange County Commissioners Renee Price, Sheriff Charles Blackwood, and other city and county officials to discuss the area’s allocation of the $26 billion in opioid settlement funds Attorney General Stein helped to negotiate.

A Q&A session with Attorney General Stein, the Commissioners, and local leaders and stakeholders will take place following the discussion.
