We celebrate the legacy and life of Martin Luther King Jr and all that he accomplished - his courage and nonviolent protests. He will forever be remembered. Please join us for our annual program co-sponsored with NCCU Alumni Orange County Chapter as we welcome our guest speaker, Danita Mason-Hogans. She is a native of Chapel Hill and comes from seven generations of “movement people”. She has also been an education activist for over 30 years and is employed with the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University where she serves as Program Manager for the Critical Oral Histories program.
