2020 Policy Series: Real Estate Forum (Virtual)

Description

Real Estate Forum 

What: The Real Estate Forum - the fourth of five forums in the 2020 Policy Series.

About the Forum: In a quick 90 minutes, you will get timely updates on residential and commercial real estate in our state, region, and community.

Special Guest: Amanda Hoyle, Regional Director for Metrostudy (and former award-winning journalist for the Triangle Business Journal), will present on the performance of and her predictions for both commercial and residential real estate markets in the Triangle, specifically Orange and Chatham Counties.

Logistics: This valuable forum is free for members and will flow as follows:  

8:30am: Program welcome

8:40am: Amanda Hoyle delivers featured presentation 

9:10am: Panel response (Grubb Properties, Ram Realty Advisors, and Weaver Street Realty) 

9:35am: Audience Q&A

9:55am: Closing remarks

10:00am: Adjourn

About the Policy Series: Coordinated by The Chamber's Government Affairs Committee, the 2020 Policy Series includes five forums which feature influential guest speakers who address timely topics related to the economy, economic development, public policy, and local elections.
