Town of Chapel Hill issued the following announcement on March 1.
Town staff will hold a virtual public information meeting for Chapel Hill Crossing.
This is a proposed development of 435-550 residential units (including apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes), and 7,000-15,000 square feet of retail and community space.
