The event includes a ride through rural Orange and adjacent counties. Cyclists are expected to return to the downtown Hillsborough around 4 p.m.

The starting line will be on East Margaret Lane at South Cameron Street, with cyclists heading west. Cyclists will then continue along the following route:

  • Margaret Lane to South Occoneechee Street
  • South Occoneechee Street to Calvin Street
  • Calvin Street to South Nash Street
  • South Nash Street to Eno Street

Cyclists will then proceed out of town.

In the afternoon, cyclists will return to Hillsborough via St. Mary’s Road to Cameron Street and then East Margaret Lane.

Approximately 850 cyclists are expected to attend the event. For more information, view the Tarwheel’s event webpage.
