County of Orange issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
Individuals who are experiencing homelessness or have at least one household member with a verifiable disability, or households with limited income may qualify for CASA housing. CASA accepts rental subsidies and vouchers and encourages individuals with vouchers to apply.
CASA’s Applicant Pool, which has been temporarily closed since 2019, will open for 2 months only, October 1st - November 30, for all to apply.
Prospective applicants can apply on CASA’s website or request an application to be emailed. Applications can also be submitted via mail, email or via the drop box at our main office located at 624 W. Jones St. Raleigh NC 27603.
